He swept back her hair with hand and looked into her eyes. The joy in her eyes matched his own. They had made it. She was dirty, sand clung to her skin, but judging by his hand he probably looked the same. Looking back over the desert they had crossed the tracks of their footprints where already starting to disappear. No tracks. No trackers. Freedom.
